Community & Radical Inclusion
All artists, dreamers, performers, and community members from all backgrounds are welcome. No prerequisites exist for participation in our community. We believe in fostering genuine connection through shared creative experiences.
Artist Support & Fair Compensation
We care deeply about the financial health of artists. This is key to our mission statement and that’s why we provide insurance and emergency relief funds when necessary. Our membership program allows financial resources for starving artists and road-weary travelers.
Safe & Respectful Spaces
We are committed to creating safe environments for all humans. Our zero-tolerance policy toward sexual misconduct outlines how to take accountability, exercise consent culture, and look out for one another.
Environmental Stewardship
Respect and protect natural spaces by leaving no trace, and whenever possible- leave places better you found them. Our connection to the land and waterways that sustain us is extremely important.
Educational Mission
Our educational mission works on two levels:
- Public Education – We offer free festivals and events that celebrate and promote all forms of art open to the public
- Artist Development – We nurture our own growth through cross-disciplinary collaboration and creative exchange
