A Free Event
Forest Creatures is a six day, five night gathering experienced in a semi-remote wilderness. It is the lovechild of a close-knit group of artists and dreamers collectively called Starlight Reunion. It is also a collection of beautiful people that want to have an amazing experience and adventure, and that includes you. We encourage flow dancers, live painters, DJs, musicians, poets, chefs, cooks, sculptures, aerialists, dancers, storytellers, comedians, and any others to participate by showcasing their art forms in a safe, supportive space. No prerequisites exist for participation in this community.
*Starlight is moving forward this year (and as always) with the health and safety of the community as our priority. If conditions change, we will adjust plans accordingly.

Volunteer – Forest Creatures is reborn every year by a group of dedicated volunteers. We would love to have your help. There are a variety of things to do, and any help is appreciated. The easiest way for us to find out what interests you is through the form located here: VOLUNTEER FORM
Carpool – Parking is limited, so please carpool when possible. Make a friend.
Donate – Forests Creatures is a 100% volunteer based gathering. With the absence of a ticketing system fundraising is the way our consumables can be covered. Starlight Reunion is a State licensed Not-for-profit LLC. As such, donations can be tax deductible. We expect to go through plenty of gas and propane to fuel our generators for the 3 stages and kitchen. Plenty of food to fuel us all and at least $700 in porta potty rental cost. Go here to get more details and give what ya can. We also would love to have more volunteers if that works better for you. This event will always be free and open to all !

Maps – West of Town off Highway 12 – Site coords will be updated as permit work is completed. Lolo National Forest. Get your mapping organized and saved before you leave town, there is no cell service at this location !
This year we’re taking a new approach on pets at Forest Creatures 6. As we grow to take on more people at this event, dogs have become a talking point for attendees. We have chosen to follow forest service guidelines for dogs in designated recreations sites. This year we will only be allowing well behaved dogs on leashes.
All dogs must be on leash and accompanied by owners at all times. No dogs will be allowed near stages or dance areas. Sorry we have to do this, but due to problems we’ve had with dogs in the past we cannot continue to have absolutely no structure with dogs. A few of the examples that have led us to this policy are: multiple dog fights, dogs jumping on random people, people not picking up after their pet in common areas, as well a dog running off into the woods never to be seen again. 🙁
